Together with prominent figures of science and economy, H. E. Dr. László Szabó, state secretary and deputy minister at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade arrived to Saudi Arabia for a two-day official visit.

 

 

He participated at the 2nd session of the Hungarian-Saudi Joint Intergovernmental Committee, joined by his counterpart, deputy minister and co-chair H. E. Dr. Yousef bin Taraad Al-Sadoun. The list of topics of potential cooperation discussed at the meeting included agriculture, research and development, education, sports and renewable energies. State secretary Szabó signed an agreement on info communication with deputy minister H. E. Dr. Khalid F. Alotaibi between Hungary and Saudi Arabia.

 

 

During his visit in Riyadh, Dr. László Szabó met with Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al-Mesal, CEO of the Saudi Food and Drug Authority, H. R. H. Prince Abdullah Bin Mosaad Bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, President of the General Presidency of Youth Welfare and the Saudi Olympic Committee, and also H. H. Prince Dr. Turki bin Saud bin Mohammad Al-Saud, President of the King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology.
